How to Win at Roullete

Roullete (also referred to in France as Roulette) is one of the world’s most beloved casino games, drawing players worldwide due to its simple rules and high rewards. Although initially intuitive to learn, its depth of complexity will surprise even novice gamblers – be it online or face-to-face gambling experiences alike. Here are a few general strategies which will ensure maximum enjoyment from both platforms!

Before beginning betting, select a table within your budget. Each table features an information placard which outlines the minimum and maximum bets allowed at each table. It is important to remember that outside bets (called propositions ) tend to be cheaper than those inside bets but typically provide lower payout odds if successful.

The Street Bet (also referred to as Trio or Line Bet in French): To place this bet, place your chips straddling between two rows of numbers on either side. This bet pays out 17-1 should it succeed.

Dozens Bet (Douzaine in French): When betting on this bet, you’re making the prediction that the winning number will fall within any of the first 12 (or first, second and third dozens) on the table map. Zeroes do not count towards this bet that pays 2-1.

High or Low Bet (Passe et manque in French): In this game of chance, bettors wager on whether the ball will land on one of either the first 18 numbers (1-18) or last 18 numbers (19-36). If either zeroes (00 or 01) appear, your bet will be lost.

If you’re feeling adventurous, why not place an “inside bet?” Or try betting on multiple pockets at once (such as all red or all black numbers or combinations thereof). Such outside bets typically pay less but have higher odds of success.
